These terms apply to HomeDash services provided by MB Computers, a sole trader based at 5 Rattray Crescent, Wishaw, ML2 9RE, United Kingdom. By signing up you agree to them.
The service
We provide a hosted Home Assistant instance, optional dashboards, hardware and setup help as described on our website. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
Free trial and billing
Launch pricing: monthly plans at the launch rate for the first 6 months, then the standard monthly rate; annual plans at the launch rate for the first year, then the standard annual rate. Annual is the best value. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and the service will run to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
Hardware
Hardware is sold under your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases. To return an item, email hello@homedash.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will confirm the return details; returns go to MB Computers, 5 Rattray Crescent, Wishaw, ML2 9RE, United Kingdom. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login details secure, use the service lawfully, and don't use it to control safety-critical systems. You're responsible for devices and integrations you connect.
Your data
Your instance data belongs to you. You can export a backup at any time. See our privacy notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of the UK part where you live have jurisdiction.
